Low Inventory and Bidding Wars on Homes For Sale in Las Vegas Nevada

Inventory of homes for sale in Las Vegas and Henderson continues to shrink creating bidding wars with home buyers across the Las Vegas Valley.

With such low inventory with resale homes, investors and other persons of interest are paying 10-20-30 thousand dollars over asking price.

These homes (Are Not) worth the prices they are selling for, and when the bubble pops again these home owners will lose their rear ends like they did the last time.

Now there are hundreds of NEW homes being build across the Las Vegas Valley, but sales are mostly controlled by home builders and are selling way above what they are worth.
