2017 Construction & Real Estate in Las Vegas Nevada by Robert Swetz
Today is January 1st 2017 and will be the start of a great year and construction for Las Vegas Nevada.
After the real estate crash many years ago Las Vegas took a hard hit and the housing market was crushed.
Construction in Las Vegas Nevada also fell and there has been very little large construction projects built in Las Vegas for 6+ years.
With a (new) president in office that actually likes Las Vegas Nevada this will all change in 2017.
Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob is predicting by summer of 2017 that Las Vegas will be starting up some HUGE construction projects.
With new construction projects being built in Las Vegas Nevada the real estate market will start to take off to the way it was so many years ago.
