Is this trick photography or creative photography?

Is this trick photography or creative photography?

With all the technology in our computers and smart phones it has become easy to photoshop and doctor up photographs. And with so much of it going on our definitions of  doctored, photoshopped and trick photography continue to change.
This is quite a simple question and there may be a gray spot on the definition of this photograph below.
I took this photograph Saturday 8/13/2016 at the very far end of the longest pier in the United States and can you guess that pier?
SANTA CRUZ Pier in California
Now when looking at this photograph I didn't put on any special lens, filters, etc, and when I took this photo and it looks like the sun has set in the horizon behind the street light on the pier.
But really what I did was take the sun that actually wouldn't be setting for another hour and moved around until the sun shining in the sky was located right behind the glass bottom of the light. So it looks like the light is on and the sun has set in the horizon, but if you look real close you can see the sun reflecting off the water in front of the horizon ;o)

So would this be trick photography or creative photography? You decide ...
