Studying for the Alaska State real estate exam by Robert Swetz

Robert 'Vegas Bob' Swetz once again is studying and has his nose in the book of the Alaska State Law portion for real estate. Robert was studying in spring of 2016 but was side tracked and unsure if he wanted to get licensed in another state to sell real estate.

Robert has the chance to make more money selling homes in Alaska then in the city of Las Vegas, and actually has future plans of selling homes in Homer Alaska 6 months out of the year and the other 6 months in Las Vegas Nevada.

This will in turn give Robert the opportunity to retire from the construction trade as a 'glazier' because the 35 years in the construction trade has taken a toll on Robert's body.

Here are some photos of homes I took in Anchorage, Palmer, Soldotna and Homer in May of 2016 when I was in Alaska this year.

There are so many beautiful homes all around the state of Alaska and with the average price in Anchorage at $347,000 and average price home in Homer Alaska at $232,600 and the average of in Las Vegas Nevada at $180,000 ... There is some money to be made selling homes in Alaska.

One of my all time friends at ActiveRain Debra Leisek who is a Owner/Broker in Homer Alaska has offered Robert a desk at her company in Homer called BAY REALTY.

I have know Debra for 7+ years at the ActiveRain network and always use to comment at her beautiful photographs of Alaska and how I would love to visit again. The last time before recently that I was in Alaska was in 2001, and now I have been spending many months in Alaska in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

And Robert 'Vegas Bob' Swetz actually purchased some vacant land from Debra in 2015, so it's about time I get my license to sell real estate in Alaska so when I'm in Alaska people can call me ALASKA BOB and when I am in the Lower 48 they can call me VEGAS BOB and my family just continues to call me Robert, Bob or Bobby ;o)
