Why won't the ActiveRain Network Allow Vegas Bob to Moderate his Groups?

This is not the first time this problem has happened at the ActiveRain Network.

Approx 2 months ago Vegas Bob was unable to Moderate his 25+ Groups at the ActiveRain Network for as long as 1 month.

Well, it has happened again and as you can see in the photo (above) Vegas Bob is very angry and frustrated.

2 months ago when the same problem happened, VB emailed the "Techies" along with emails to "Staff" at ActiveRain, and it took over 1 month for them to fix the problem.

Problems seem to be a never ending story at the ActiveRain Network. Vegas Bob has been a strong member at AR coming on 7 years now in January of 2015.

As an "Ambassador" of ActiveRain, I do not want to jeopardise this position, but enough is enough and VB sure wishes somebody would get a "Stranglehold" on the ActiveRain network ;o(
