(New Homes) in the Las Vegas Valley 2012

(New Homes) continue to sell very well in Las Vegas Nevada, and by looking at this graph it looks like sales may be on a rise in 2012. Some of the (New Homes) in Las Vegas Nevada are selling for almost the same price as a 4-6 year old home give or take a few thousand. So these home buyers are thinking why would I purchase a (AS IS) 4-6 year old home that has more than likely trashed by renters, etc. and fixed up, when I can get into a (New Home)!
Vegas Bob has joined a Team of (New Home) Specialists across the Las Vegas Valley and will be doing open houses for (New Homes) over the weekends and other days around the week days. VB can pick his own schedule and areas, and when he starts doing open houses he will be posting the days, times, and addresses ... so "Stay Tuned"
